The ordination was founded in 1995 at Kagraner Platz and by
Dr. Kozak in addition to his work as senior physician of the Urological Department of the Danube Hospital (SMZ-East) led.
Even then, outpatient surgical procedures were performed and a wide range of urological diagnostics and therapies was offered.
With the turn of the millennium, the move to the Hirschstettner Straße and with October the expansion to a large ordination, which now has contracts with all funds of the Austrian social security institutions.
Already at this time, a large number of patients were cared for and treated in several private hospitals in Vienna.
As the mission statement of the ordination, we have chosen a “priority sign”: this symbolizes that the human attention to the patient has priority and the highest quality standards in diagnosis and therapy are offered. Courteous service is seen by all employees as a matter of course.
This means that we always take the necessary time for each patient (for example, education!).
As part of permanent quality management, all organizational ordination processes are constantly being improved. For this purpose, an extremely high level of logistical effort has developed in the background (barely perceptible to patients), which has also resulted from the experience of the post graduate management course.
